We want you to love your look and your fit, so if your Nerdwax gear isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
